Brown Investment Properties focuses on the development of single tenant properties of all product types as well as anchored and non-anchored retail centers. We pursue development opportunities throughout North Carolina and southern Virginia. Recent projects include: an urban mixed use development, a CBD residential condominium development, the renovation of an 110,000 square foot shopping center, and land development of a retail village.
