Brown Investment Properties – I am in charge of commercial brokerage with five full time commercial brokers.  We are actively involved in brokerage, property management as well as development and acquisition in the Triad market.  We have the expertise and experience to effectively market the property.  We have been a major player in marketing commercial properties in the Triad area since 1960. 

Past President of Greensboro Regional REALTORS Association – I am a Past President of our 1,000+ member REALTORÒ association and have enjoyed the leadership and involvement with other members of our association. I know the other commercial brokers in Greensboro and enjoy doing business with them and have an excellent history of participating in co-broke situations with other brokers.  This gives the maximum exposure and puts all the commercial brokers in the Triad area to work on identifying prospects for the assignment. 

Commercial Listing Exchange – Your property will be a part of the Commercial Listing Exchange for the Triad.  In addition, I use broadcast fax and broadcast email to keep other brokers abreast of my current listings and/or needs of buyers and tenant clients.  In addition, I use the CCIMNet and Loopnet Property Listing forums on the Internet to identify property for clients and use it to give maximum exposure for properties and tax-deferred exchanges.

Past President – NC CCIM – I am actively involved as a Certified Commercial Investment Member.  I served as the president of the state chapter and enjoy excellent relationships with other CCIMs throughout the state as well as other parts of the country.  Again, I use broadcast fax and constant communication with these commercial investment professionals.

CIPS – I am one of 500+/- Certified International Property Specialist designees in the National Association of Realtors.  Recipients of this designation have specific training and experience in transactions with international clients.  In Guilford County there are facilities for nearly 70 foreign owned corporations. I use my contacts and involvement with the Chamber of Commerce and the North Carolina Department of Commerce for companies locating to North Carolina.

SIOR – I am an Office Specialist as a designee with the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors.  This elite network of real estate professionals is focused specifically on office and industrial properties
